a. B&B Web Services offers web development, design, maintenance, and related services ("Services").
b. Services are provided based on the agreed scope of work outlined in a formal agreement between B&B Web Services and the client.

2. Client Responsibilities:
a. Clients must provide clear requirements and timely feedback to facilitate the efficient completion of projects.
b. Clients must provide all necessary materials (e.g., content, images) required for project completion unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

3. Fees and Payments:
a. Fees for services will be outlined in the agreement between B&B Web Services and the client.
b. Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule.
c. B&B Web Services reserves the right to suspend work or terminate services if payments are not made as agreed.

4. Intellectual Property:
a. B&B Web Services retains ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with the development process, including but not limited to code, designs, and concepts, unless otherwise specified in writing.
b. Upon full payment, clients will receive a license to use the delivered project as outlined in the agreement.

5. Confidentiality:
a. B&B Web Services agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and project details unless required by law to disclose such information.

6. Project Timelines:
a. Project timelines provided by B&B Web Services are estimates and may be subject to change based on various factors, including client feedback and scope revisions.

7. Quality Assurance:
a. B&B Web Services strives to deliver high-quality work, but clients are encouraged to thoroughly review and provide feedback on deliverables to ensure satisfaction.

8. Limitation of Liability:
a. B&B Web Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Services.

9. Termination:
a. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable time.

10. Governing Law:
a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Amendments:
a. B&B Web Services reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Services will constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Entire Agreement:
a. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between B&B Web Services and the client concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings.

End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and B&B Web Services ("B&B Web Services") for the use of B&B Web Services' software and services, which may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation (collectively, the "Software").

1. License Grant: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, B&B Web Services hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for your internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions: You may not sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise distribute the Software. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.

3. Ownership: B&B Web Services retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, or any other rights with respect to the Software.

4. Support and Updates: B&B Web Services may provide support and updates for the Software in its sole discretion. Any such support and updates shall be provided subject to the terms of this Agreement.

5. Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated. B&B Web Services may terminate this Agreement immediately upon notice to you if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession or control.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL B&B WEB SERVICES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

9. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and B&B Web Services regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communication, whether written or oral.

10. Amendments: B&B Web Services may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on its website. Your continued use of the Software after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
